Basic Recipes and Preparation Instructions

Below we provide details of how basic foods can be prepared in this device. Do not be
afraid to be creative yourself and invent your own creations!
When boiling milk, cream or pasta, there is always the risk of boiling over. Do not
leave the device unattended and reduce the temperature promptly if necessary.

Steaming Vegetables

Ingredients
At least 500 ml of water or stock
Vegetables (as you wish)
Preparation
1. Pour water or stock into the mixing bowl.
2. Place the steaming attachment on the mixing bowl and put the vegetables in it, use
the intermediate base if necessary (place vegetables requiring a longer cooking time
in the steaming attachment and vegetables requiring a shorter cooking time in the
intermediate base) and place on the lid.
3. Steam at 120°C.
The cooking time depends on the vegetable: Potatoes require approx. 30 minutes,
vegetables such as broccoli or caulifl ower approx. 10 minutes. During preparation,
regularly check whether the vegetables are cooked.
NOTE: For every 15 minutes of cooking time, 250 ml of water / stock are required.
Pasta
Ingredients
Pasta (as you wish)
Water (amount as per the instruction on the pack)
Salt (to taste)
Preparation
1. Pour the pasta, water and a little salt into the mixing bowl.
2. Insert the measuring cup and bring to the boil at 100°C.
3. Take out the measuring cup, reduce the temperature to 80°C and set the time as per
the instruction on the pack. Check whether the level of fi rmness you want has been
reached and extend the time if necessary.
4. Drain off the pasta through the steaming attachment.
