4. Attach the lid (4) without the measuring cup (3) to the mixing bowl and insert it into
the motor unit (see the "Using Accessories Correctly" chapter).
5. Place the steaming attachment (7) onto the mixing bowl. Make sure that the steaming
attachment fi ts correctly when you do this.
12. Carefully open the lid of the steaming attachment from time to time to check whether
the food is cooked: Tilt the lid forwards slightly so that the steam can escape at the
back. Allow the condensation to run into the steaming attachment. Then carefully
remove the lid.
13. The device stops automatically after the set operating time has elapsed. Otherwise
press the lit heating button to switch off the heating function.

16. Lift up the steaming attachment, wait a few seconds until the condensation has
dripped onto the mixing bowl lid, and then place it down on a moisture-resistant and
heat-resistant surface.
17. Carefully remove the mixing bowl from the motor unit and pour away the hot liquid.
6. Pour the food you want loosely into the steaming attach-
ment. Make sure that some slots remain clear so that
steam can rise up.
7. Insert the intermediate base (6) into the steaming attach-
ment if necessary. Food with a longer cooking time should
be placed at the bottom of the steaming attachment, and
food with a shorter cooking time in the intermediate base.
