Assembly instructions

Please note that the method of installation described here may
not apply to certain loudspeaker models. In these cases please
follow the separate instructions supplied.
Our floor-standing loudspeakers are supplied complete with
spikes and
recommend that you set up the speakers without supplementary
feet. However, if you wish to use the spikes or furniture glides for
acoustic or visual reasons please note the following points.

If you use supplementary feet the loudspeakers will be less
stable. We recommend that each speaker should be secured in
some way to eliminate any risk of it being pushed over.
To set up the speaker with spikes (or furniture glides) place the
unit in its eventual location, then lay the cabinet on its side.
Please place a layer of soft material under the cabinet to avoid
scratching the surfaces.
Screw the four spikes (or furniture glides) into the threaded holes
in the bottom of the cabinet. The spikes (or furniture glides) must
be held securely in position in the baseplate, and that is the task
of the locking nuts. Fit the nuts on the threaded shanks of the
feet before screwing them into the baseplate. Only then should
the glide or spike be screwed into the bottom of the speaker and
set the speaker upright again.

To avoid damage, when setting up very heavy loudspeakers,
please ask a friend to help you!

The spikes have extremely sharp points which could cause
injury; please handle them with great care, and keep them well
away from children.
The spikes feature sharp points which may damage delicate
surfaces (e. g. parquet flooring or tiles).
We recommend that  loudspeakers should be used with their
front grilles in place. The primary purpose of this is to protect the
loudspeakers and speaker cones.
