Noch stärkeres Vergrößern des
Bildgegenstandes
Diese Funktion ist praktisch, wenn Sie einen weit entfernten
Bildgegenstand noch weiter vergrößern möchten, als es mit
dem normalen (optischen) Zoom möglich ist, der einen
Vergrößerungsbereich von 1t–12t hat. Bei der Digital-Zoom-
Funktion haben Sie die Wahl zwischen zwei Bereichen:
entweder bis zu 24t oder bis zu 120t.

Die Taste [MENU] drücken.
Das Hauptmenü [CAMERA FUNCTIONS] erscheint.

Den Regler [PUSH] drehen, um [CAMERA
SETUP] zu wählen.

Den Regler [PUSH] drücken.
Das Untermenü [CAMERA SETUP] erscheint.

Den Regler [PUSH] drehen, um [D.ZOOM] zu
wählen.

Den Regler [PUSH] drücken, um [24t] oder
[120t] zu wählen.
≥24t: Digitales Zoomen bis 24fach
≥120t:Digitales Zoomen bis 120fach
≥Wenn [PROGRESSIVE] im Untermenü [CAMERA SETUP]
auf [ON] eingestellt ist, kann keine dieser Einstellungen
vorgenommen werden.

Den Zoomhebel [W/T] gegen [W] oder [T]
schieben, um den Bildgegenstand zu
vergrößern oder zu verkleinern.
≥Je höher der Digital-Zoom-Vergrößerungsgrad ist, desto
niedriger ist die Bildqualität.
Ausschalten der Digital-Zoom-Funktion
[D.ZOOM] im Untermenü [CAMERA SETUP] auf [OFF]
einstellen.
≥Wenn Sie auf 12t oder höher (Digital-Zoombereich)
zoomen, während [PROGRESSIVE] im Untermenü
[CAMERA SETUP] auf [AUTO] eingestellt ist, wird der
Progressive Photoshot-Modus automatisch ausgeschaltet.
≥Wenn Sie auf 12t oder höher (Digital-Zoombereich)
gezoomt haben, ist es nicht möglich, den Weißabgleich
manuell vorzunehmen oder einen der Preset-Modi zu
wählen.

Enlarging Your Subjects Even More
(Digital Zooming)
This function is convenient when you want to enlarge a very
distant subject even more than is possible with the normal
(optical) zoom which offers a magnification range of
1t–12t. For the Digital Zoom Function, you can choose
between up to 24t and up to 120t magnification.

Press the [MENU] Button.
The [CAMERA FUNCTIONS] Main-Menu appears.

Turn the [PUSH] Dial to select [CAMERA
SETUP].

Press the [PUSH] Dial.
The [CAMERA SETUP] Sub-Menu appears.

Turn the [PUSH] Dial to select [D.ZOOM].

Press the [PUSH] Dial to select [24t] or [120t].
≥24t: Digital zooming up to 24t.
≥120t:Digital zooming up to 120t.
≥If [PROGRESSIVE] on the [CAMERA SETUP] Sub-Menu is
set to [ON], it is not possible to select either of these
settings.

Press the [MENU] Button to exit the menu.

Push the [W/T] Zoom Lever toward [W] or [T] to
zoom in or out on the subject.
≥The higher the Digital Zoom Magnification is, the lower is the
picture quality.
Cancelling the Digital Zoom Function
Set [D.ZOOM] on the [CAMERA SETUP] Sub-Menu to [OFF].
≥If you zoom to 12t or higher (digital zoom range) when
[PROGRESSIVE] on the [CAMERA SETUP] Sub-Menu is
set to [AUTO], the Progressive Photoshot Mode is
automatically cancelled.
≥When you have zoomed to 12t or higher (digital zoom
range), manually adjusting the white balance or selecting
any of the preset white balance modes is not possible.
