Any use other than the one described above damages
the product. Moreover, this involves dangers, such as
e.g. short-circuit, fire, electric shock, etc. No part of the
product may be modified or rebuilt.
Always observe the safety instructions!

Safety instructions

In case of any damage which is caused due to failu-
re to observe these operating instructions, the gua-
rantee will expire. We do not assume liability for
resulting damage.
An exclamation mark housed in a triangle refers to important
indications in the operating instructions. Read the instructions
completely before putting the instrument into service.
The unauthorised conversion and/or modification of the product is
inadmissible because of safety and approval reasons (CE).
Never exceed the maximum input values.
Never use the instrument when it is defective. Test the instrument
for its proper operation prior to any use.
Never measure resistances or continuities on components which
are under a current/tension.
Be particularly careful with voltages exceeding 25 V A.C. or 35 V
D.C. In case of a contact, it is already with these voltages that you
could suffer an electric shock which is dangerous to your life.
When making measurements, never put your finger over the protec-
tive shroud.
In commercial and industrial facilities, the regulations for the pre-
vention of accidents as laid down by the professional trade associa-
tion for electrical equipment and devices need to be observed.
Keep the instrument out of the reach of children.
