Analog output
The Multi tester VC-80 has an analog output, i.e. if current measure-
ments are made the Multi Tester will convert the current signalled
into an analog output voltage which can be picked off from the out-
put jacks.
- Connect the black measuring line to the COM jack and the red
measuring line to the + jack.
- Connect the measuring lines to the input of a multimeter, oscillos-
cope or the like.
- Make a current measurement. The measuring instrument which is
connected will now display the output voltage converted by the
multi tester.
Note:
For current measurements, an alternating voltage (10mV 20kHz per
Ampere) is output by the multitester.
Maintenance and cleaning
Clean the casing at intervals, using a dry cloth.
Never use a damp cloth or cleansing agents. Any repair or mainten-
ance should be made only by qualified personnel who are conver-
sant with the relevant regulations (VDE 100, VDE 0701).
Remove the batteries from the instrument when you do not need it
for a long time.
