Actuating the lever opens the hand gun. The liquid is then pumped to the nozzle. Spraying pressure is built up and
quickly reaches the selected working pressure.
Releasing the lever closes the gun and prevents liquid escaping from the branch pipe.
The pressure surge on closing the gun opens the pressure control safety valve. The pump continues to run and pumps
at reduced pressure. Opening the gun closes the pressure control safety valve and the pump feeds water to the branch
pipe at the selected working pressure.
The spray gun is a safety device. Repairs must be performed by qualified and authorised experts. If you need
replacement parts, use manufacturer approved parts only.

Pressure control safety valve

The pressure control safety valve protects the machine against impermissible high pressure and is constructed so that it
cannot be set to a level above the permissible operating pressure. The limiter nut on the wheel is sealed with lacquer.
You can actuate the wheel to set the working pressure and injection volume
Replacements, repairs, resetting and sealing must be performed by qualified and authorised experts.

Honda engines are safe and reliable if used properly. Please read the instructions carefully before starting the engine
and attempt to fully understand the content.
Failure to follow these instructions can cause injury to persons and damage to your equipment. To avoid the
risk of fire, and ensure sufficient ventilation, the engine must be at least 1 m away from buildings or objects
when in use. The engine will become hot. Keep flammable objects away from the vicinity of the engine!
Keep children and pets away from the engine work area to avoid a risk of burns due to hot engine parts and
danger of injury due to the equipment driven by the engine. Familiarise yourself with all of the engine's con-
trols and in particular how to switch off the engine quickly. Do not allow persons who are unfamiliar with the
engine's workings to operate the engine.

Installation: Location

The machine must not be run in rooms with a risk of fire or explosion, or positioned and operated in puddles.
Never operate the device in water.
Never draw in fluids containing solvents such as pain thinners, petrol, oil or similar fluids. Observer
manufacturer's notices on additives! The seals in the device are not solvent-proof! The spray from solvents is
highly flammable, potentially explosive and toxic.
High temperatures occur in use with hot water at 70° C. Do not touch the device without protective gloves!
