Inspections
The machine must be inspected by an expert every 12 months, in line with the „Regulations for fluid spraying equip-
ment", to ensure safe operation. The results of the inspection must be documented. No specific format is required for
the documentation.
Accident prevention
The machine is designed to avoid accidents if used as intended. The operator must be informed of the danger of injury
due to hot machine parts and the high pressure jet. Observe the „Regulations for fluid spraying devices" (and the war-
nings on page 7)
Check the oil fill level using the dipstick before use. (Machine must be level!)
Oil change Professional pressure cleaner 220 bar with trolley
After approx. 40 working hours, or when the oil turns to a grey or whitish colour, you should change the oil in your high
pressure pump. To do so, open the oil drain screw Item 3, Page 11 and allow the oil to drain. Use a catchment sump to
catch the oil, and dispose of the oil in line with requirements. New oil: 1.0 l Castrol Formula RS.
