Ein weiterer Kunststoffschieber muss nun in die
zweite Führungsschiene des gleichen Bett-
haupts eingeführt werden.
Gehen Sie genauso vor wie beim ersten
Kunststoffschieber.
Anschließend ziehen Sie die beiden Kunst-
stoffschieber am Kopfteil hoch, bis sie einrasten.
Stecken Sie nun einen Seitengitterholm [7]
auf das oberste Paar der Metallzapfen am Bett-
haupt Kopfteil und lassen das andere Ende des
Holms einfach auf den Boden aufliegen.
Die Seitengitterholme sind auf der oberen
Schmalseite abgerundet. Die abgerundete Seite
muss bei allen Seitengitterholmen nach oben
weisen.
Stecken Sie nun eine weiteren Seitengitter-
holm auf das untere Paar der Metallzapfen und
lassen das andere Ende des Holms einfach auf
den Boden aufliegen.
Wiederholen Sie den gleichen Vorgang auch
auf der anderen Seite des Kopfteils.
Gehen Sie nun zum Betthaupt Fußteil:
Lösen Sie beim Betthaupt Fußteil die Rändel-
schrauben [a] am unteren Ende der Führungs-
schiene [17] und führen Sie beide Kunst-
stoffschieber in die Führungsschienen ein.
Der Entriegelungshebel [4] muss dabei nach
oben weisen.
Während Sie den Kunststoffschieber einfüh-
ren, stecken Sie gleichzeitig zuerst das obere
Paar der Metallzapfen in den oben liegenden
Seitengitterholm.
Stecken Sie dann das untere Paar der Metall-
zapfen in den unten liegenden Seitengitterholm.
Führen Sie währenddessen den Kunsstoff-
schieber in die Führungsschiene des Fußteils
ein und schieben ihn nach oben, bis er einrastet.
Damit der Kunststoffschieber nicht nach
unten herausfallen kann, drehen Sie die Rändel-
schraube [a] wieder hinein und ziehen sie fest.
Wiederholen Sie den gleichen Vorgang auch
auf der anderen Seite des Betthaupt Fußteil.
Prüfen Sie den verbleibenden Abstand zwi-
schen den Holmenden und der Führungs-
schiene. Er darf max. 8 mm betragen.
Falls der Abstand größer ist, muss der Liegeflä-
chenrahmen nochmals bis zum Anschlag auf die
Aufnahmestutzen der Betthäupter gedrückt
werden.

Insert another plastic slide into the opposite side
of the same end board.
Repeat the assembly as with the first plastic
slide.
Finally, pull the top end of each plastic slide
up, at the head section, until it locks into place.
Now place one side rail beam [7] onto the
top pair of metal pins on the end board, head
section, and let the other end of the side rail
beam lie on the floor.
The side rail beams are rounded on the top.
The rounded side must always be uppermost.
Now place another side rail beam onto the
bottom pair of metal pins and let the other end
of the side rail beams lie on the floor.
Repeat the same procedure on the other
side of the end board, head section.
Now move to the end board, foot section:
On the end board, foot section, loosen the
knurled screws [a] on the bottom end of the
guide bar [17] and insert both plastic slides from
below.
The release lever [4] must be pointing up.
As the plastic slide is being inserted, put in
the same time the top pair of the metal pins into
the upper side rail beam.
Place the bottom pair of the metal pins into the
lower side rail beam.
At the same time continue to insert the
plastic slide upwards in the end board foot
section until it locks into place.
In order to prevent the plastic slide from
falling out, reinsert and tighten the knurled
screw [a].
Repeat the process on the other side of the
end board, foot section.
Check the distance between the beam and
the guide bar. It should not be greater than
8 mm.
In case the distance is greater, make sure that
the support bracket on the end boards assembly
is inserted fully into the tube of the reclining
surface frame.
