USING THE DETACHABLE
MONORAIL
IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTES
• Always have the framelock in the locked
position when the flywheel and monorail
sections are connected. Failure to do so may
result in injury if the unit is lifted or moved.
• To avoid possible injury, use caution while
attaching the monorail section to the flywheel
section and while operating the framelock.
• DO NOT STAND INDOOR ROWER UP ON
END AS THE INDOOR ROWER MAY TIP
OVER.
USO DEL MONORRIEL
DESMONTABLE
IMPORTANTES NOTAS SOBRE SEGURIDAD:
• Coloque siempre el pestillo de cierre del
marco en posición cerrada cuando las
secciones de la rueda volante y del monorriel
estén connectadas. El dejar de hacerlo podria
producir lesiones si la unidad es levantada o
movida.
• Para evitar posibles lesiones, tenga cuidado al
conectar la sección del monorriel a la sección
de la rueda volante, y al operar el pestillo de
cierre del marco.
• NO PONER EL INDOOR ROWER DE PIE
SOBRE UN EXTREMO, YA QUE PODRÍA
VOLCARSE.

NOTES DE SÉCURITÉ IMPORTANTES
• Il faut toujours avoir le verrouillage du cadre en
position verrouillée lorsque les sections de la
roue libre et du monorail sont connectées. Si ce
n'est pas le cas, vous risquez de vous blesser si
vous soulevez ou déplacez l'appareil.
• Pour éviter des blessures potentielles, soyez
prudent lorsque vous attachez la section du
monorail à la section de la roue libre et lorsque
vous manipulez le verrouillage du cadre.
• NE METTEZ PAS LE RAMEUR CONCEPT2
À LA VERTICALE, CAR IL POURRAIT SE
RENVERSER.
USO DELLA MONOROTAIA
RIMOVIBILE
NOTE IMPORTANTI PER LA SICUREZZA:
• Quando il volano e la monorotaia vengono uniti,
accertarsi che il dispositivo di bloccaggio del
telaio sia nella posizione di bloccato, altrimenti
se l'unità viene sollevata o spostata si corre il
pericolo di danni fisici alla persona.
• Per evitare possibili lesioni fisiche, stare attenti
quando si monta la sezione della monorotaia
sulla sezione del volano e quando viene usato il
fermo del telaio.
• E' SCONSIGLIABILE TENERE L'INDOOR
ROWER IN POSIZIONE ERETTA PERCHÉ
POTREBBE RIBALTARSI.

• Der Rahmenverschluß muß sich immer in
der gesicherten Position befinden, wenn das
Windrad und die Schiene miteinander
verbunden sind. Nichtbeachtung kann zu
Verletzungen führen, falls das Gerät
angehoben oder bewegt wird.
• Seien Sie bitte vorsichtig, wenn Sie die
Schiene mit dem Windrad verbinden und den
Rahmenverschluß bedienen, um mögliche
Verletzungen zu vermeiden.
• UM EIN UMKIPPEN DER INDOOR ROWER
ZU VERMEIDEN, DIESE NICHT AUFRECHT
HINSTELLEN.
COMO USAR O
MONOCARRIL DESTACÁVEL
AVISOS DE SEGURANÇA
IMPORTANTES:
• Mantenha a tranca na posição trancada
sempre que as secções do monocarril e da
roda de inércia estão ligadas. Caso não o faça,
poderá resultar em lesões por ocasião de
levantar ou mover a unidade.
• A fim de evitar possíveis lesões, tome cuidado
com a operação da tranca quando for ajustar a
secção do monocarril à secção secção da roda
de inércia.
• NÃO COLOQUE O REMO INDOOR NA
POSIÇÃO VERTICAL, UMA VEZ QUE PODE
CAIR.
