11 Troubleshooting

When the PV system does not operate normally, we recommend the following
solutions for quick troubleshooting. If an error occurs, the red LED is lit.
The corresponding causes are described in section 9.2 "Display messages".
The corresponding corrective measures are as follows：

Corrective measures
•Check the PV array's insulation to ground, make sure
that the insulation resistance to ground is greater than
1MOhm; Otherwise, make a visual inspection of all PV
cables and modules.
•Make sure the ground connection of the inverter is
reliable.
If this fault is still shown, please contact service.
•Make sure the ground connection of the inverter is

•Check the open-circuit voltages of the strings, make
sure it is lower than the Max. DC input voltage of the
inverter;
If the input voltage lies within the permitted range, and
the fault still occurs, maybe the internal circuit has
broken, please contact service.

sure it is lower than the Max. DC input voltage of the
inverter.
If the input voltage lies within the permitted range and
the fault still occurs, please contact service.
•Disconnect the inverter from the grid and the PV array,
reconnect them after 3 minutes.
