Do not use the plug-in charger anymore after this, but take it to a specialised workshop or dispose of it in an envi-
ronmentally compatible manner.
It can be assumed that operation without danger is no longer possible if the plug-in charger has any visible damage,
the plug-in charger no longer works, after extended storage under unsuitable conditions or after difficult transport
conditions.

c) Commissioning

• Only operate the vehicle via the firmly installed Li-Ion battery. Do not disassemble the vehicle to install a different
rechargeable battery.
• Take the transmitter in operation first, and then the vehicle. Otherwise, the vehicle may show unpredictable re-
sponses!
• Place the vehicle on an appropriate surface before switching it on, so that the wheels can turn freely. Do not reach
into the drive. Switch on the transmitter and then the vehicle. Check that the vehicle reacts to remote control com-
mands as expected (steering and drive) before taking it from the support and placing it on the ground with its wheels.

d) Driving the Vehicle

• Improper operation may cause serious injury and property damage! Only drive with the model directly in view. This
is why you shouldn't drive at night.
• Only drive when your ability to react is unrestricted. Tiredness or the influence of alcohol or medication can cause
incorrect responses, just as with real vehicles.
• Please note that this model vehicle must not be driven on public roads, places or streets. Also do not operate it on
private grounds without the owner's permission.
• Never drive towards animals or people!
• Avoid driving at very low outdoor temperatures. Plastic parts lose elasticity, which may lead to damage even in a
light accident.
• Do not drive in the case of a thunderstorm, under high-voltage power lines or in the proximity of radio masts.
• Do not drive in rain, through wet grass, water, mud or snow. Both the vehicle and the transmitter are not water-
resistant or water-tight.
• Leave the transmitter on while the vehicle is in operation.
• If you want to stop operating the vehicle, always switch off the vehicle first. Now you may turn off the transmitter.
• The range of the transmitter decreases when the batteries (or rechargeable batteries) are weak. Exchange the bat-
teries or rechargeable batteries for new ones.
When the car's two rechargeable batteries are weak, the car gets slower or no longer responds to the transmitter
correctly.
The rechargeable battery in the vehicle is not only used to supply the motor with power, but also the receiver
and the steering servo.
If the voltage in the rechargeable battery is too low, the voltage at the receiver may also drop, causing the
vehicle to no longer respond to the control commands at the transmitter.
