When combining the two security systems, these are switched together in such
a way that when the emergency exit security system is unlocked at the same
time the electrical security lock is triggered via the control module.
By means of a switching contact integrated in the electrical security lock, which
is actuated by the profile cylinder, it is also possible to trigger a temporary relea-
se of the emergency exit security system.
This allows the door to be passed through from the outside at any time with a
key. An additional key-operated switch is not necessary. If the door is opened
and closed again, it is secured again by both systems, whereby the mechanical
locking status is maintained by the electrical security lock even in the event of a
total failure of the power supply.

Special function II: Operation at the central control pa-
nel 925
Doors monitored and controlled with an emergency exit security system with
control module 1370-20 can be jointly connected if required to a central display
and operating panel.
Operational control of the doors can also be performed by the keys integrated in
the panel.
The status of each individual door is displayed - in analogy to the optical display
at the control module - by three LEDs, whereby all the functions of the control
module, including switching and display functions of the control module as
described, are retained.
Details on the functional characteristics and operation of the central panel "Bus
control panel 925" are described in a separate set of operating instructions for
the panel.
