Loading the bottom rack
It is advisable to place harder to clean large items in the bottom rack: pots, pans, lids, serving dishes and
bowls, as shown in the figure on the right. It is best to place the serving dishes and lids at the sides of the
racks to avoid blocking the rotation of the upper spray arm.
Pots, serving bowls, etc. must always be placed upside down. Deep pots should be tilted to allow the
water to run off. The bottom rack has folding partitions for
loading larger or more pots and pans.
