17. Troubleshooting

The following table shows fault symptoms and describes remedial measures in the event of your product failing to
work properly. If you cannot localise and rectify the problem with this, please contact your service workshop.

The sprayer is not plugged in.
The socket is not outputting power.
The sprayer
does not start.
The extension cable is damaged or its
capacity is too low.
The sprayer has switched off under
pressure.
The variable nozzle is blocked.
The suction hose is clogged.

Remedy
Plug in the sprayer.
Check the precise mains voltage.
Exchange the extension cable or replace it with a
cable of a suitable voltage.
The motor switches on and off during spraying to
regulate the pressure. This is a normal process.
Clean the variable nozzle with the help of a cleaning
needle.
Clean the suction hose.
Set the pressure control higher by turning the dial
clockwise.
Readjust the suction hose on the suction hose inlet
connection and fix the screw on the metal hose clamp
for the suction hose inlet connection with a flat-blade
screwdriver.
Clean or replace it. Only use cleaning solution suita-
ble for the material.
