8.1
Fitting the foot (7) (Fig. 3)
1. Place the product on a level, even surface.
2. Fit the feet (7) onto the assembly holes provided on
the base frame.
3. Attach the feet (7) to the base frame using one screw
(7a) and one large washer (7b) each, and secure
them with a small washer (7c), a spring washer (7d)
and a nut (7e).
Use two 13 mm open-ended or socket spanners.
4. Place the product on a level, even surface.
8.2
Fitting the transport handle (2)
(Fig. 4)
1. Attach the transport handle (2) to the assembly holes
on the pressure vessel (6).
2. Use two screws (2a) on each side to secure the trans-
port handle (2) and tighten them until they are hand-
tight.
Use a 5 mm Allen key.
8.3
Fitting the holders (2b) (Fig. 5)
1. Screw the holders (2b) into the mounting holes on the
left and right of the transport handle (2).
2. Lock the nuts against the carrying handle (2) to pre-
vent the holders (2b) from turning.

General information
• Proceed with caution. Familiarise yourself with the ap-
plication and possible restrictions, but also with the
specific potential dangers.
• Before connecting of the product, make certain that
the data on the type plate matches with the mains
power data.

• Inadequately informed operators can endanger them-
selves and others through improper use. The operator
is responsible for the safety of third parties.
• Check the product regularly for damage.
• The product must be installed close to the consumer.
• Long air lines and supply cables (extension cable)
should be avoided.
• Ensure that the intake air is dry and dust-free.
• Do not install the product in a damp or wet room.
• Operate the product only in suitable areas (well venti-
lated, ambient temperature +5°C to 40°C). There must
be no dust, acids, vapours, explosive or flammable
gases in the room.
• The product is suitable for use in dry rooms. It must
not be used in areas where splashed water is present.
• The product may only be used outdoor briefly when
the ambient conditions are dry.
• The product must always be kept dry and must not be
left outdoors after work is complete.
9.1
Mains power connection
• The product is equipped with a mains cable with an
earthed plug. This can be connected to any mains
socket 230 V~ 50 Hz with an earth contact and that is
protected at 16 A.
• Before commissioning, ensure that the mains voltage
matches with the operating voltage and the machine's
power rating on the type plate.
• Long supply cables, extensions, cable reels, etc.
cause a drop in voltage and can impede motor start-
up.
• At low temperatures below +5 °C, sluggishness may
make starting difficult or impossible.
10 Operation
10.1
On/Off switch (1) (Fig. 6)
Switching on
1. Insert the mains plug into a properly fused mains
socket.
2. Switch the product on by setting the on/off switch (1)
to the "I" position.
Switching off
1. Switch the product off by setting the on/off switch (1)
to the "0" position.
10.2
Adjusting the pressure (Fig. 7)
1. The pressure at the pressure gauge (3a) is adjusted
using the pressure regulator (3).
2. The pressure set can be drawn from the quick cou-
pling (4).

Fitting the compressed air hose*
(Fig. 7)
Connect the plug nipple* of the compressed air hose* to
the quick couplings (4). Then connect the compressed air
tool* to the quick coupling* of the compressed air hose*.
