9.1
Mixing fuel (Fig. 5)
WARNING
Avoid direct skin contact with fuel and inhalation of fuel
vapours.
1. The engine must be operated with a fuel mixture of fu-
el and engine oil.
2. Use only a mixture of unleaded fuel (min. RON 95)
and special 2-stroke engine oil
(JASO FD/ISO – L - EGD).
3. Mix the fuel mixture as per the fuel mixing table.
4. Put the correct amount of fuel and 2-stroke oil into the
enclosed oil-petrol mixing bottle (16).
5. Then shake the oil-petrol mixing bottle (16) well.

Filling in fuel (Fig. 5)
DANGER
Risk of fire and explosion!
Only fill the fuel when the engine is switched off and
has cooled down. Do not smoke when refuelling the
product.
DANGER
Risk of fire and explosion!
When filling, fuel may ignite and even explode. This can
lead to severe burns or death.
Keep containers for fuel and fuel-oil mixture separate to
avoid misfuelling with normal petrol.
• Always use fresh fuel/oil mixture.
• Keep heat, flames and sparks away.
• Only fill up with fuel outdoors.
• Wear protective gloves.
• Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
• Start the product at a distance of at least 3 m from the
fuel filling point.
• Watch out for leaks. If fuel is leaking, do not start the
engine.
• Use a suitable funnel or filler pipe for refuelling so that
no fuel can spill onto the combustion engine and
housing.
Do not overfill the fuel tank!
1. Mix the fuel as described in 9.1.
2. Clean the area surrounding the filling area. Impurities
in the fuel tank (9) lead to operational faults. Shake
the oil-petrol mixture bottle (16) with the fuel mixture
again before filling it into the fuel tank (9).

el when refuelling and do not fill the fuel tank to the
brim.
5. Always wipe up spilled fuel immediately.
6. Turn the tank cover (8) clockwise to close it.

Fitting the carrying strap (3) (Fig. 6)
1. Put the product on your back like a backpack.
2. Close the buckles (3a) and tighten the straps (3) by
pulling on their ends.
9.4
Loosening the carrying strap (3)
(Fig. 6)
1. Lift the clamping sliders of the buckles (3a) to loosen
the carrying straps (3).
2. Open the buckles (3a).
