Practical advice
The torque depends on the impact
duration. The maximum achievable
torque is the sum of all individual
torques achieved by the impact. The
maximum torque is reached after an
impact duration of 6–10 seconds. After
this duration, the tightening torque
increases only minimally.
The impact duration is to be
determined for each required
tightening torque. The actual tightening
torque achieved should always be
checked with a torque wrench.
The tightening torque depends on the
impact duration.
In order to achieve optimum impact
o
force, do not exert any pressure
against the screw/nut.
Only use the product to tighten screws
o
and nuts for pre-assembly work. It
is not the product that achieves the
desired target torque of the screw or
nut, but a torque wrench that is set to
the target torque.
Check the tightening torque actually
o
achieved with a torque wrench.

Switch off the product and remove the

battery pack . Let all moving parts

Remove the insertion tool.
