Have the device serviced by professionals.

Check whether the device has been correctly earthed and securely installed.

Check whether there are any potential safety risks in the vicinity of the charging station, such as high
temperatures, corrosion or flammable and explosive objects near the charging station.

Check that the connection point of the supply terminal has good contact and that there are no
anomalies. Ensure that the other connections are correctly connected.
7.3. Cleaning
Check the surface of the charging station regularly for damage. Clean the housing only with a clean, damp soft
cotton or microfibre cloth. Avoid cleaning with liquids other than water or mild soaps. Special cleaners for
plastics can be used. Do not clean the housing with a dry cloth, as this will scratch the front panel. Make sure
that no water gets near the connections.
Note: The front panel is made of plastic and has high-gloss surfaces that are very sensitive to scratches. Be
careful when cleaning these parts, as scratches may occur.
7.4. Warranty
The warranty period for this charging station is two years.
The warranty is void if:
•
No proof of purchase can be provided.
•
The warranty period specified by the manufacturer has been exceeded.
•
The instructions for use, maintenance and storage have not been followed.
•
Damage or malfunctions caused by the ingress of foreign objects.
•
Repair, disassembly or modification by unauthorised persons.
•
Damage caused by force majeure (such as lightning, power surges, earthquakes, fire, flooding,
etc.).
•
Damage and malfunctions caused by other avoidable external factors.
•
Damage and malfunctions caused by improper use of the equipment, such as the ingress of
water or other liquids.
•
Damage and malfunctions caused by the mains power supply and a voltage that is not specified
for use with the charger.
No liability is accepted for any damage caused by incorrect operation.
