7.1. Troubleshooting

The charging station is automatically protected in the event of a malfunction. The error information and
solutions are as follows.

Fault current detection
Power loss

7.2. Maintenance

To ensure long-term stable operation of the device, you should maintain it regularly in accordance with the
operating environment.

⚫ Check that the supply cable is securely connected.
⚫ Ensure that the input voltage of each phase is correct.
⚫ Check whether the charging station is covered or installed in an
environment with high temperatures.
⚫ Switch off the device and restart it.
⚫ Check the charging plug/socket and cable for damage and moisture.
⚫ Unplug the charging plug and plug it back in.
⚫ Check the charging plug/socket and cable for damage.
