12. LEAK TESTING - FOR FUEL OIL CONSUMER INSTALLATIONS
Before start-up, the oil line should be checked for leak-tightness with the product in the
appropriate flow direction by a specialist company, or by a specialist company under water
law where applicable.
The LEAK TEST is fulfilled only when the result of the test is "leakproof".
13. LPG SYSTEM START-UP
After the product has been ASSEMBLED and LEAK TESTING has been carried out
successfully, it is immediately ready for operation.
LPG systems should be checked for perfect condition by a qualified person and/or a
specialist company or expert before initial start-up.
14. START-UP - FOR FUEL OIL CONSUMER INSTALLATIONS
Fuel oil consumer installations should be checked for perfect condition by a specialist
company, or specialist company under water law where applicable, before initial start-up.

Upon proper ASSEMBLY and OPERATION, the product is maintenance-free.
17. SHUT-DOWN
Close the gas supply and then the shut-off fittings of the connected consumer equipment.
When the LPG system is not in use, all valves must remain closed.
Close all free connections in the feed lines of the LPG system tightly with a suitable cap to
prevent gas from flowing out.
18. REPLACEMENT
If there is any sign of wear or if the product or parts thereof are damaged, it must be replaced.
When the product has been replaced, observe the steps ASSEMBLY, LEAK TESTING and
START-UP.

The flow is shut off by turning the handwheel to the "–"
position, the flow is opened by turning towards the "+"
position.
Control valve
The flow is reduced or shut off by turning the handwheel to
the "–" position, the flow is opened or increased by turning
towards the "+" position.
