6.5. Insulation resistance of the electric sauna heater

Do not connect the power supply to the electric heater via a residual current circuit
breaker!
At the final inspection of the electrical installations, the sauna heater insulation resistance measurement
may show "leakage" due to humidity in the air being absorbed (during storage/transport) into the insulat-
ing material of the heating elements. Moisture can be removed from the heating elements after a couple
of heating cycles.
