USAGE - JUMP STARTING VEHICLE BATTERY
Before using the Booster on your vehicle, always check for the manufacturers recommendation in the vehicle manual.
NOTE! When manually activating the boost function, the smart safety functions will be overridden.

Connect the clamp with the jump starter via
the orange port.
WARNING! Ensure full connection is made to
prevent overheating the Booster.

Connect the red clamp to the positive (+)
battery terminal and the black clamp to the
negative (-) battery terminal.
Note: Refer to the vehicle / battery
manufacturers guide for terminal connection
points.
IMPORTANT! Please check the indicator
lights on the module and display before
proceeding to start the engine.
If the vehicle battery is between 9V-13V, the
READY icon will appear on the display and
the automatic boost function is activated and
ready for use to start the car.
When the vehicle battery is lower than 9V, the
icon will disappear, and the Boost button can
be pressed and held for 2 seconds to override
the start.
NOTE: when manually activating the boost
function the smart safety functions will be
overridden.
NOTE: When the battery voltage is greater
than 17V, Boost start is prohibited.

If the RED battery icon is displayed constantly,
the vehicle battery is below 2V and needs to
be reconditioned or charged with a suitable
battery charger. The vehicle can still be
boosted by pressing the Booster button if the
indicator light on the module is green.
IMPORTANT! If the RED battery icon is still
displayed after being charged, this indicates
there is a fault with the vehicle battery and it
needs to be replaced.
If the Booster detects the vehicle battery
is between 2V and 9V, both icons will be
flashing, but the vehicle can still be boosted
by pressing the Boost button if the indicator
light on the module is green.

Start the vehicle within 30 seconds.

Disconnect the battery clamps after jump
starting, but leave the vehicle engine running.
