ANSWER
Press and hold Power Button for 2 seconds.
The Booster will also automatically switch off
when no load or charging is complete.
Approx 2.5 hours. Also 3 hours to fully charge
under the PD30W charging condition
This indicates the internal battery is too low
to boost.
This is fully dependant on the condition of
battery, condition & usage of vehicle.
Booster charging temperature is below 0 ° C.
Operating temperature is above 57 ° C.
Fault detected with the battery of the Booster.
The Booster is inserted while the NTC* is
disconnected.
Booster battery/mainboard failure.
Depending on the battery capacity of the
device being charged. Using the Iphone 13
as an example, the Booster can fully charge
around 7 times.

Charging time may vary without PD30W.
Refer to the 'Internal Battery Charge' section of the manual on
page 5.
We suggest to recharge the vehicle battery every 3 months.
The error code will disappear once the operating temperature is
above 5 ° C or remove charging cable and the Booster operates
as
normal.
Avoid inserting with input charging or connect with output in high
temperature environment. Allow the booster to cool.
The error code will disappear and the Booster operates as normal.
When the Booster battery is too low voltage, you can not turn on
and must connect with input charging to turn on the booster. If E3
code remains displayed for more than 3 hours, the Booster battery
is dead, please contact CTEK Support.
This indicates an internal fault with the Booster. Please contact
CTEK support.
If connected with input charge and booster still wont turn on, the
Booster Battery is dead. Please contact CTEK support.
Ensure the Booster is fully charged before attempting to charge
other devices. This will prevent discharging its internal battery.
