4. Assembling the cabin

ATTENTION!
Note the floor plans on page 11 or 12 and illustrations from page 17
onwards.

4.1. Assembling the base frame

Place the impregnated base frame on the foundation as shown on the floor plan
and the foundation illustrations (see pages 11 and 13). Glue the floor frame at
the corners and screw the parts together with 5 x 90 mm screws.

4.2. Installing the floor substructure

Place the impregnated floor frame in the cabin and screw it to the base frame.
N ote the placement of the cable and the positioning of the short floor
timbers (272 x 100 x 40) for reinforcing the surfaces where the heater
stands.

4.3. Assembling the cabin walls

Start by fitting the block planks on the rear wall. Proceed row by row. As with
the base frame, glue and screw the corners together. Hammer the iron pins into
the pre-drilled holes in each row.
Check that the block planks are at right angles before screwing
the corners together (see page 4).
Note the position of the ventilation slide in the second row.

4.4. Installing the floor

Fit the floor boards.

4.5. Installing the interior roof

Install the roof support slats. Distance to the top edge: 210 mm.
Installing the interior lighting.
Put the roof elements in place.
