Bei Einsatz der Hilfsstützen müssen alle vier (4) Hilfsstützen festen Bodenkontakt haben.

ILFSSTÜTZENSCHALTER UND
Jede Hilfsstütze hat einen Hilfsstützenschalter und eine Hilfsstützen-Anzeigeleuchte (siehe Abbildung 30).
Jeder Hilfsstützenschalter hebt und senkt eine Hilfsstütze.
Jede Hilfsstützen-Anzeigeleuchte zeigt die Position einer Hilfsstütze an.
• Wenn die Anzeigeleuchte AUSGESCHALTET ist, ist die Hilfsstütze völlig eingefahren.
• Wenn die Anzeigeleuchte BLINKT, ist die Hilfsstütze nur teilweise ausgefahren.
• Wenn die Anzeigeleuchte EINGESCHALTET ist, hat die Hilfsstütze festen Bodenkontakt.

IVELLIEREN DER RBEITSBÜHNE
1. Bei Einsatz der Hilfsstützen muss das Ausziehdeck eingefahren sein.
2. Umgebung der Maschine überprüfen und sicherstellen, dass den Hilfsstützen
nichts im Wege steht und die darunterliegende Bodenfläche zur Aufnahme
des Maschinengewichts geeignet ist.
3. Den Schalter Heben/Hilfsstützen/Fahren auf „Hilfsstützen" (OUTRIGGER)
stellen.
4. Sperrhebelschalter am Steuerhebel drücken und die Hilfsstützenschalter zum
Ausfahren der entsprechenden Hilfsstütze so lange betätigen, bis diese festen
Kontakt mit dem Boden hat.
5. Die Libellennivelliervorrichtung am Schutzgeländer beobachten. Die
Hilfsstütze, die sich entgegengesetzt zur Blase befindet, ausfahren, bis die
Arbeitsbühne gerade steht. Wenn z.B. die Luftblase in ihrer Kreisbahn vorn
links steht, die rechte hintere Hilfsstütze ausfahren. Justierung fortsetzen, bis die Blase in der Mitte des
kleineren Kreises steht und damit anzeigt, dass die Arbeitsbühne nivelliert ist.
6. Alle vier (4) Hilfsstützen müssen festen Bodenkontakt haben. Wenn die Anzeigeleuchten EINGESCHALTET
sind, haben alle Hilfsstützen festen Bodenkontakt.

INFAHREN DER ILFSSTÜTZEN
1. Arbeitsbühne völlig absenken.
2. Den Schalter Heben/Hilfsstützen/Fahren auf „Hilfsstützen" (OUTRIGGER) stellen.
3. Den Sperrhebelschalter am Steuerhebel herunterdrücken und jeden Hilfsstützenschalter in die Position
„Einfahren" (RETRACT) bringen.
• Wenn die Hilfsstützen völlig eingefahren sind, sind die Hilfsstützen-Anzeigeleuchten AUSGESCHALTET.
• Die Fahrfunktionsleuchte geht erst an, wenn alle vier Hilfsstützen völlig eingefahren sind.

W A R N I N G
!
Never perform service on the work platform in the elevating
assembly area while the platform is elevated without first blocking
the elevating assembly.
DO NOT stand in elevating assembly area while deploying or
storing brace.

RACE NSTALLATION
1. Park the work platform on firm, level ground.
2. Verify that the platform Emergency Stop button is ON.
3. Turn the Platform/Chassis switch to CHASSIS.
4. Start the engine, using the chassis controls.
5. Push the Throttle button in. The button will stay in and the
engine speed will increase. Using the Raise button, elevate the
platform until the scissor brace can be rotated to the vertical
position.
6. From the left side of the machine, disengage the locking pin securing the brace. Rotate the scissor brace
counterclockwise until it is vertical and between the two scissor center pivots.
7. Push the Lower button and gradually lower the platform until the brace is supporting the platform.
8. Disengage the throttle by pushing the Throttle button in again. The button will retract and the engine will
come to idle speed.

RACE
1. Using the chassis controls, gradually raise the platform until the scissor brace clears the two scissor cen-
ter pivots.
2. Rotate the scissor brace clockwise until the locking pin engages.
3. Push the Lower button to completely lower the platform.
4. Make sure the Throttle button is disengaged and Platform/Chassis switch is on PLATFORM.

Y D R A U L I C
The hydraulic fluid tank is located in the Power Module.
NOTE: Never add fluid if the platform is elevated.
1. Make sure that the platform is fully lowered.
2. Check fluid level by observing the fluid sight gauge
3. Remove the filler cap to fill with the appropriate fluid.
