Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by
children without supervision.
The pump must not be used when people are in the water.
The pump must be supplied through a residual current
device (RCD) having a rated residual operating current not
exceeding 30mA.
The mains power connection of this device cannot be
replaced. In case the line is damaged, the device must be
scrapped.
Disconnect the device from the power supply and let it cool
down before cleaning and maintenance is performed and
before the device is stored.
Particular attention must be paid to notices and instructions with the following
symbols:
Danger of injury or material damage if this instruction is not complied with
Danger of electrical shock that can result in injury or material damage if this
instruction is not complied with
Check the device for transport damage. If there is damage the retailer must be
notified without delay, at the latest however, within 8 days of the purchase date.

2. Safety measures

Attention! Use in garden ponds and the protected area of garden ponds is only
permitted if the installation complies with the valid regulations. Consult a qualified
electrician.
Attention! Do not use the pump in or on swimming pools!
Prior to use:
 Check the mains cable and plug for damage.
 Mains voltage and current type must agree with the information on the type
plate.
