In case of complaints, we reserve the option of repairing or replacing the defective
parts or replace the entire device. Replaced parts will pass into our property.
Claims for liquidated damages are excluded unless they are caused by wilful acts
or negligence on the side of the manufacturer.
The warranty does not provide for any claims beyond those referred to above. The
warranty claim has to be evidenced by the purchaser in the form of the submission
of the sales receipt. The present warranty commitment is valid in the country in
which the device was purchased.
