13 Configuring and operating the wildlife camera in the app

13.1 Installing the app

Open the respective app store on your smartphone. If you are using Android
"Google Play". If you are using an Apple device, open "App Store" from Apple.
Search for the "TrailCam Go" app and install it.
You can also scan the respective QR code below or tap the name. You will be redi-
rected to the page of the appropriate store.

13.2 Using the app for the first time

Open the "TrailCam Go" app you have installed on your smartphone.
You must agree to the privacy policy in order to use the app.
You must also grant the app all permissions required to ensure it functions correctly.
You can use the app even if you have no account.
If you wish to create an account, sign up and follow all the instructions. Tap the button at the bottom right of the
screen to switch to your profile; then tap "Log in" and "Register".
If you wish, you can sign in to your account in the app before setting up your profile.
