Important:
– Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions. They can damage the
housing and can cause the product to malfunction.
– Do not submerge the product in water.
– Never point a garden hose or a high-pressure cleaner at the wildlife camera.
1. Disconnect the product from the power supply.
2. Clean the product with a dry, lint-free cloth.

Cause
The effective detection range is up to 10 metres for Bluetooth
to 20 metres for Wi-Fi connection. Ensure that the effective range is not exceeded.
If the camera disconnects while watching a live video, it may be because the battery
power is too low, and the camera often disconnects automatically. Charge the battery
via the USB-C port or the low-voltage input.

The camera disconnects automatically when the screen of your smartphone turns off,
the app is running in the background or you are performing other functions on your
smartphone. This is why the camera may disconnect multiple times. This is normal
and is meant to save battery power. You can tap "Tap to reconnect camera" in the
camera view (B4).
