11.3.7 Video Length
This option allows you to set the duration of each video automatically recorded by the camera. We recommend that
you set the video length to 10 seconds. Avoid setting too high a time to save battery power and space on the memory
card.
11.3.8 PIR Sensitivity
The PIR sensor's sensitivity depends on the ambient temperature. The "High" setting is more suitable for high ambient
temperatures if you wish to record distant animals, while the "Middle"/"Low" setting is more suitable for cold weather.
The PIR feature is disabled when the "Time lapse normal" and "Time lapse video" function is switched on.
11.3.9 Motion filter
When this feature is enabled and there is still recording time left after switching on the camera, and there are no
moving objects in the monitoring area, the recording is ended prematurely.
11.3.10 Motion Test
This feature allows you to test the PIR function for correct operation. After switching on the camera, hold your hand in
front of the sensor and move it. If a red light flashes and the number of shots is shown on the display, the PIR function
is working correctly.
11.3.11 Wi-Fi LED
This menu item allows you to switch the Wi-Fi status LED if you do not want it to remain permanently lit.
11.3.12 Loop Record
With this function enabled, the camera keeps on recording the action continuously. This means that the oldest video/
photo is overwritten automatically when the memory card is full.
11.3.13 Memory Card Format
Make sure you format an SD memory card before using it in the camera for the first time. Failure to do so may cause
faults or problems.
Formatting a memory card deletes all data on it! Do not forget to back up important data before formatting!
11.3.14 Password Protection
This feature allows you to set a password for the camera to prevent unauthorised access.
Your password must consist of 4 characters (it can be a mixture of digits and capital letters).
11.3.15 Factory Reset
This menu item allows you to reset the camera to factory defaults. To perform the reset, confirm with "Yes".
Attention! Resetting the device deletes all your previous settings! All data on the memory card remains unaf-
fected.
