11.5 Viewing photos and videos in the gallery

To view the gallery with recorded photos and videos, the slide switch must be set to "TEST".
Set the camera's on/off slide switch to the "TEST" position (if not already done).

Open the gallery by pressing the "PLAY" button (16) in Camera mode (when the camera display is switched on).

Use the up arrow button (17) and down arrow button (18) to navigate through recordings. The number of the photo

or video is displayed at the top centre. You can see at the top left whether the recording is a photo or a video.
A video can be played and paused using the "OK" button (15). Press the "MENU" button (14) to stop playback.

The "MENU" button (14) can also be used to delete the current file, delete all files or view a photo slideshow. Use

the "OK" button (15) each time to save changes.
Press the "MENU" button (14) again to close the gallery.


11.6 Taking photos or videos manually

To take a photo or video manually, move the slide switch to the "TEST" position. Whether a photo or video will be taken
depends on the camera mode.
To switch to Video mode, press the up arrow button (17) in Camera mode (when the camera display is switched

on). The video camera symbol appears at the top left of the display.
To switch back to Photo mode, press the down arrow button (18) in Camera mode. The photo camera symbol

appears at the top left of the display.
To take a photo or video, press the "SHOT" button (19) in Camera mode. The camera will immediately take a photo

or start recording a video. Press the "SHOT" button (19) again to stop recording.

11.7 Downloading photos and videos

If you wish to download photos or videos recorded by the camera, you can do so in two ways.
The first option is to connect the camera to a PC using the USB-A to USB-C

Once your computer recognises the camera as an external disk drive, you can download the recordings.

The second option is to use the memory card of the camera. This option is useful if, for example, you do not want to
remount the camera time and again.
Switch the camera off first (set the slide switch to "OFF") and then remove the memory card from the card slot (22).

Proceed as described in Chapter 10.2 "Inserting the memory card".
Insert the card into your card reader. Once the camera is recognised as an external disk drive, you can download

the recordings.
