10 FAULT TABLE
Malfunction to be resolved by the USER.
Malfunction that the DEALER must resolve.
1. THE AIR HEATER WILL NOT START
1.1 There is no cover/ external thermostat on the thermostat connection.
Solution: Attach the cover or connect a thermostat.
1.2 The thermostat is not properly set or does not work.
Check:
Solution: - Correct the thermostat setting.
- Replace the thermostat if it no longer works.
1.3 The fan is running irregularly or is blocked.
Check:
Solution:
- Replace the condenser.
1.4 The fuel pump is stuck.
Check:
Solution: Replace the fuel pump and do a flue gas measurement afterwards.
1.5 There is a malfunction in the burner relay.
Check:
Solution: Replace the automatic burner relay.
ITA-35 RCS
- Check the thermostat setting.
- Check the thermostat for cable breaks or other damage.
- Check the motor for blockage.
- Check whether the capacitor is broken or has a reduced value.
(not more than -10%)
- De-block or replace the motor.
Check the fuel pump for rust or weathering.
Rule out other causes first.
