Additional safety instructions for hydraulic ma-
chines
• Make sure that the maximum setting value of the
pressure relief valve indicated on the machine is not
exceeded.
• Make sure that the machine is installed completely
and properly.
• Use only clean oil and clean equipment for filling.
• For cooling purposes a free air flow at the drive is
required, it should therefore be in a well ventilated
area without dangerous vapours.
• Do not clean or inspect the machine while the hy-
draulic power source is connected.
• Clean all couplings before engaging, otherwise
damage may occur.
• Before each use, always check:
• Check the hoses, connection cables for defective
spots (cracks, cuts and the like) and replace them
if necessary.
• The machine for possible damage,
• Whether all screw connections are tightened,
• The hydraulic system
• Make sure that the couplings are clean and properly
engaged.
• The manufacturer's recommended hydraulic fluid
should be used.

Even if you use this electric power tool inaccordance with
instructions, certain residual risks cannot be rules out.
The following hazards may arise in connection with the
equipment's construction and layout:
• Lung damage if no suitable protective dust mask is
used.
• Damage to hearing if no suitable ear protection is
used.
• Health damage caused by hand-arm vibrations if the
equipment is used over a prolonged period or is not
properly guided and maintained.

8. Commissioning

Before you connect the equipment to the power supply
make sure that the data on the rating plate are identical
to those of the supply voltage.
Disconnect the compressed air supply before per-
forming any cleaning, adjusting and maintenance
work.
Air supply:
Via a compressed air source with pressure setting
function, e.g. a compressor. Before starting up, please
also read the section on care and maintenance.
Performance values of the compressor:

The compressor used should have a tank volume of at
least 50 liters.
Setting values for work with the suction spray gun:
Set a maximum working pressure of 6.3 bar at your
compressed air supply.

Assembly

Fitting the grinding pencils
• Connect the grinding pencil (5, 6) into the tool re-
ceiver (1).
• Make sure that the clamping length is at least 10 mm.
• Tighten this with a clamping key.
• Check the tight fit of the grinding pencil.
Note: When delivered, the device is already fully func-
tional
