BATEC AIR
To turn on the front and tail lights of the HANDBIKE BATEC ELECTRIC, press and
hold the button for 1 second. When the lights are on, the brightness of the TFT

screen will dim to prevent visual discom ort during night-time use. To turn o the
lights, press and hold the button
brightness will return to its normal level. The ront light is below the battery and
the two tail lights, on either side o the stand rame. ( ee fig. 31A, 31B, 31C)

ELECTRIC 2 (RAPID 2) / SCRAMBLER 2 HEMI CONTROLS

You can nd out the meaning o all the symbols used on the controls o the
HANDBIKE BATEC ELECTRIC MINI 2, ELECTRIC 2, RAPID 2 and SCRAMBLER 2 in
Figure 58, and for the AIR in Figure 58A, with their respective positions in Figures
58B, 58C, 58D, 58E and 58F.
4.9.1. T RN ON

BATEC MINI 2, ELECTRIC 2, RAPID 2, SCRAMBLER 2

Turn the key on the right side of the battery clockwise to the ON position. It will
do a system check: don't start using your HANDBIKE BATEC ELECTRIC until it has
nished with the system check and all the lights are on. ( ee fig. 32)
IMPORTANT!
For the sa ety check to be completed properly, the wheel o the HANDBIKE BATEC
ELECTRIC must be stationary and the user must press one o the BRAKE LEVERS
at least once. ( ee fig. 22B a d 22C)
BATEC AIR
Press the "I" button on the battery to turn on the HANDBIKE BATEC ELECTRIC.
Before switching it on, ensure the battery is properly connected and secured with
the key. Then, press the "M" button to power on the TFT screen. ( ee fig. 32A)
IMPORTANT!
For the sa ety check to be completed properly, the wheel o the HANDBIKE BATEC
ELECTRIC must be stationary and the user must press one o the BRAKE LEVERS
