4.10. ANTI SLIP SYSTEM
To activate the Anti-Slip System
This is only possible if the HANDBIKE BATEC ELECTRIC is stopped and the throttle
not engaged ( ee Fig. 58).
• Press and hold the orward drive button ("8" in gure 58) or 3 seconds.
– The light indicator (1) (2) (3) on the display panel will blink.
– The Anti-Slip System is now active.
When the Anti-Slip System is active or 2 seconds, it stops the HANDBIKE BATEC
ELECTRIC rom sliding back on a hill and keeps the wheel rom sliding when
starting.
Deactivate the Anti-Slip System
This is only possible if the HANDBIKE BATEC ELECTRIC is stopped and the throttle
not engaged.
• Press and hold the orward drive button ("8" in gure 58) or 3 seconds
– The light indicator (1) (2) (3) on the display panel lights up.
With the Anti-Slip System deactivated, the HANDBIKE BATEC ELECTRIC will once
again behave as normal.
The Anti-Slip System comes standard on the SCRAMBLER 2 model. For other
models, please check.
4.11. BATTERY
BATEC MOBILITY o ers several 36 V and 48 V lithium-ion batteries, all without
memory e ect and with a cable- ree connection system.
BATEC MOBILITY o ers 36 V BATTERIES THAT COMPLY WITH IATA-DGR REGULA-
TIONS or air transport o batteries in mobility aid devices. ( ee fig. 37, a d f r AIR
37A), or the BATEC AIR, MINI 2 and ELECTRIC 2 models.
Lithium ion batteries have many advantages over other batteries, mainly due to
their exibility. They don't have to be completely charged every time they are
used, nor do they have to be used continuously or ully drained each time.
BATEC MOBILITY only uses batteries with the safest technology available, includ-
ing the BMS smart battery management system.
HANDBIKE BATEC ELECTRIC batteries don't re uire any maintenance.
