Fault
Motor does not start
Unusual vibrations
The device starts up, but
blocks when the load is
low and may switch off
automatically.
Possible cause
No mains voltage (power failure)
Connection cable defective
Motor or switch faulty
Damaged mixer
Mixing shaft damaged
Wrong mixing material
Extension cable too long or
cross-section too small.
Socket too far from the main con-
nection and too small cross-sec-
tion of the connection cable.

Remedy
Check fuse
Replace cable or have cable checked (elec-
trician)
no longer use defective cables
to solve the problem, contact the manufactur-
er or a company named by him
Replace mixer
to solve the problem, contact the manufactur-
er or a company named by him
Wrong processing Observe the manufactur-
er's processing instructions
Extension cable must be at least 1.5 mm² with
a maximum length of 25 m.
For longer cables, cross-section must be at
least 2.5 mm².
