Attention!
Always make sure the product is fully assembled
before commissioning!
1)
Turn the mixing rod (1) clockwise into the mixing
element (2). (Fig. 2)
2)
Then screw the assembled mixing rod into the
drive shaft (3). (Fig. 3)
DANGER!
Only use a mixing rod that is suitable and de-
signed for the material to be mixed. An incorrect
mixing rod can damage the device due to over-
loading and cause accidents!
To remove, turn the mixing rod counterclockwise out of
the drive shaft. The rod can be very tight in this mount.
In this case, the holder must be secured against turn-
ing with a key. (Fig. 4)

Speed control (fig. 1)
The speed of the device can be set in stages with the
speed controller (9). The type of material being mixed
will determine what speed is required. The best way to
learn the optimum speed is through practice.
2-speed gearbox (fig. 1)
The device is equipped with an 2-speed gearbox. If the
gear switch cannot be locked, turn the stirrer slightly.
• To select a gear, turn the switch (4) 180°.

Actuate the gear switch only when at a standstill.
Working with the paint and mortar stirrer
• When changing the stirrer, the mains plug must be
pulled out.
• When dipping into the mix or removing it from the
mix, work at a reduced speed. After complete im-

equate motor cooling.
• Guide the machine through the mixing vessel during
the mixing process. Mix until the entire mixture has
been completely worked through.
• After completing the mixing work, clean the stirrer
