If the problem persists and the vacuum button backlight keeps flashing red, unplug
the charging station from the mains and contact an authorized service centre.

Solution
Insert the clean water tank into the charging station or
check it is installed correctly.
Insert the used water tank into the charging station or

The drain filter at the rear of the charging station's
interior compartment is not installed or is not installed
correctly. Install the filter and push on it slightly until
you hear a click.
Insert the dust bag or check that it is mounted correctly.
Refill the tank.
Empty and clean the used water tank.

station are dirty or blocked by a foreign object, causing
signal loss and compromising the automatic water tank
