Problem
After docking with the
charging station, the dust
container was not auto-
matically emptied.
Dust container was only
partially emptied.
Dust bag compartment in
charging station is dirty.
Vacuum button backlight
is off.
Vacuum wipes with cold
water.
If the problem is not listed in the table above or if it persists, turn off the appliance,
unplug it from the mains, then contact an authorized service centre.
Cause
Charging station lid is
open.
Dust bag is not mounted.
When the vacuum is
manually moved to the
charging station, the dust
container is not automati-
cally emptied.
Last cleaning was wipe
only.
Dust container cleaning
frequency was set to "Nev-
er" in the app.
Dust container cleaning
frequency was set to "Every
other cleaning cycle".
App set to "Do Not Dis-
turb".
Two cleaning cycles were
completed and the dust
container emptied twice in
quick succession.
Full dust bag.
Charging station suction
aperture blocked.
Small dust particles have
clogged the dust bag
compartment, e.g. when
removing a full bag.
Dust bag is ripped.
Button backlight was
turned off in the app.
Warm wiping was not
selected in the app.

Solution
Close the charging station
lid.
Mount the dust bag.
Let the vacuum cleaner
locate and dock with the
charging station on its
own. The dust container
will then automatically
empty.
After wipe-only pro-
grammes, the dust con-
tainer will not be emptied
automatically. Select a
vacuum or vacuum and
wipe programme.
Set a cleaning frequency
other than "Never".
Set a higher cleaning fre-
quency.
Cancel "Do Not Disturb"
mode in the app.
In such circumstances, the
container may not be fully
emptied the second time.
Replace the dust bag.
Clean the suction aperture.
Wipe the dust bag com-
partment with a clean
cloth.
Wipe the dust bag com-
partment with a clean
cloth. Insert a new dust
bag.
Use app to turn backlight
on.
Activate warm water wip-
ing in the app.
