Solution
Let the vacuum cleaner
charge. It will resume
cleaning once charged.
Before cleaning, arrange
room(s) so that the vac-
uum cleaner can clean
the maximum amount of
space.
Release the vacuum clean-
er and move it manually to
an open spot.
Manually free the vacuum
cleaner. To keep this from
repeating, mark the spot in
the app as a no-go area.
Let the vacuum clean a
single room only. After
cleaning, the vacuum
cleaner returns to where it
started.
Remove foreign objects,
obstacles, etc. from the
floor before starting the
cleaning process. If the
vacuum previously skipped
these areas, it will clean
them automatically.
Wait until the floor has
dried and is walkable
again.
We recommend arranging
furniture and other items
so that the vacuum can
clean the largest possible
area.
Check the Wi-Fi coverage
around your home.
Clean the lens.
Before updating firmware,
make sure the vacuum is
at least 50% charged.
