Voice Alerts
If a fault occurs during operation, the buttons on the vacuum cleaner will flash red and
a warning will sound. See the table below for the meaning and solutions.

Laser module obscured.
Remove obscuring item
and try again.
Bumper stuck. Free the
vacuum and try again.
No castor traction. The vac-
uum needs to be moved
manually.

Solution
Laser module blocked or covered by foreign object.
Remove the object or move the vacuum manually to
another location.
Bumper and side sensors blocked or covered by foreign
object. Tap the bumper or otherwise remove the foreign
object, or move the vacuum manually to another loca-
tion.
Vacuum has stopped and needs to be manually moved
to a new location. Check the fall sensors at the bottom
for dirt and clean them as necessary.

The centre rotary brush is blocked by a foreign object.
Remove the blockage.
The side rotary brush is blocked by a foreign object.

The vacuum cleaner became stuck in a corner, around
furniture, etc. Move furniture or other obstacles so the
vacuum can free itself, or move the vacuum manually to
a new location.
Insert a new dust bag or check current bag is installed
correctly.
The vacuum battery is nearly dead. Let the vacuum
charge to at least 30% before cleaning.
Battery temperature too high or low. Wait for the bat-
tery temperature to level off.
The wall sensor is dirty or not working properly.
The vacuum detected an uneven surface under itself.
Place the vacuum on a level floor.
The vacuum turbine may be malfunctioning. Switch the
vacuum off, then back on after a while.
Vacuum has entered a restricted zone. Move the vacu-
um out of the restricted zone.
The vacuum's operating system detected an internal
error. Switch the vacuum off, then back on after a while.
