9. EXERCISE
Position
Sit on the seat and carefull place our feet in the pedals.

Remove the draw bar from the rack.

n the starting position, our arms should be outstretched, our torso bent slightl

forward and our legs bent.
Exercise steps
Stretch our legs without moving our torso.

After ou full stretch our legs, slightl bend our torso backward.

ow pull the draw bar to our chest with our arms.
•
Then reverse the steps to return to the initial position and repeat the exercise.
