If necessary, remove / insert one
or both silicone rings so that the
holder really fi ts securely on the
corresponding rod.
– Screw in the locking screw and nut
again and thus secure the holder on
the handle.
8. Picture I: Mount the training
computer (14):
– Place the holder for the training
computer (12) around the frame
close to the holding rod and tighten
the cross-head screw.
– Slide the training computer onto the
holder. You must feel the recess on
the back of the training computer
engage in the holder.
– Plug the barrel connector of the
cable (11) into the connecting
socket on the training computer.
– Plug the other end of the cable (with
metal lug) through the bottom lug of
the holder and fi x it with one of the
hexagon nuts (Picture L).
– Hook the spring (13) in the small
metal lug and in the hole of the
jumping mat.
9. Picture J: Place the jumping mat
cover (1) on the jumping mat. On the
bottom of the cover there are tabs with
hooks which are pulled over the frame
and can be fi xed on the loops using
the hook.
PLEASE NOTE: The training
computer must not be covered!
10. Picture K: Fix the expander
bands (10) on the frame parts:
– pull off the protective caps from two
feet,
– slide the fabric loops onto the feet,
– place the protective caps back on,
– hook the spring hook into the fabric
loops.
The training device is taken apart in the
reverse order.

Positioning the Training
Device
PLEASE NOTE!
■ Always place the training device on
a solid, fl at and non-slip surface.
Delicate fl oor coverings should be
protected with a non-slip mat or
similar.

Place the training device down on a
secure and horizontal surface.
Depending on your body size, leave
plenty of space on all sides (2 m on all
sides, 2 – 3 metres above) so that you
have enough free space during training.
The clearance space must include
the space required for an emergency
dismount. If training devices are set up in
the immediate vicinity of one another, they
can share one clearance space.
Inserting the Battery into
the Training Computer
PLEASE NOTE!
■ Use only the battery type specifi ed in
the technical data.
■ Take the battery out of the training
computer if it is dead or if you will
not be using the training device for a
prolonged period. This will prevent any
damage caused by leaks.
■ Remove a leaking battery from the
training computer immediately.
Before inserting the battery, check
whether the contacts in the training
computer (14) and on the battery are
clean, and clean them if necessary.
The battery compartment is located on
the back of the training computer:
1. Grip and press down the locking lug
on the battery compartment cover.
