o Naída CI Q90 is properly connected to the AIM Programming Cable
o Close and relaunch the OM Suite application.
o Close the OM Suite application, restart the AIM System, and relaunch the OM Suite
application.
• Problems with acoustic output. Confirm or perform the following:
o Insert Earphone is properly connected to the cable.
o Insert Earphone cable is connected to the AIM System.
o AIM Sterile Insert tube is properly connected to the AIM Insert Earphone.
o Perform system verification as described in the Maintenance section of these instruc-
tions.
o Close and relaunch the OM Suite application.
o Close the OM Suite application, restart the AIM System, and relaunch the OM Suite
application.
• If the OM Suite application crashes restart the AIM System and relaunch the application.
