Note: Ensure the connector cover, i.e., cover over the USB and other ports, is closed
and do not touch the contacts on the bottom of the AIM System when using the
system to perform measurements to minimize the risk of ESD events.
Startup:
• Launch the application.
• Enter demographic information on the "Home" screen.
• Select mode, IntraOp for use during surgery and PostOp for clinical use.
o For use in a clinical setting:
» In the settings, users have the option to input AIM ECochG licenses.
»
The licenses number from the AIM ECochG licenses (CI-6133 and CI-6134) can be
entered into the license field making these licenses available for use and association
with an implant.
» Each use of the AIM ECochG license enables ECochG measurements for that implant
going forward.
o For use in an OR setting:

Enter ECochG activation code from the carton or outer tray of the AIM Sterile Inserts
to enable electrocochleography measures, i.e., ECochG Insertion, Electrode Sweep,
and ECochG Thresholds.
• After entering data on the "Home" screen click "Next" to advance to ECochG Insertion
measurement or use the navigation panel to select the desired measurement.

ECochG Insertion:
• This measurement is only available when using the system in Intraop mode.
