The phenomenon is caused by electrostatic charges in dry rooms, does not
represent a defect, and does not affect the device. The white fields disappear after a
short time.
... no WiFi connection can be established?
Please make sure that the device is assigned a radio network in the 2.4 GHz band by
your router. Unfortunately, radio networks in the 5GHz band are not supported. Your
router should also support the IEEE 802.11b/g/n transmission standards. The ope-
rating system iOS from version 11.0 or Android from version 6.0 must be installed. If
necessary, update the operating system of your smartphone or tablet.

This is not an error, but the sleep mode, in which the device should not be distur-
bing.. The device runs at the lowest speed and lights up with reduced brightness.
Press the Sleep mode button (8) (the sleeping face) for 3 seconds. After that, the
device runs normally again.
