The symbol shows the fill level of the water tray:
Two wavy lines: 100 %
One wavy line: 50 %
Empty tub: 0 %
The following messages appear when maintenance is required:

The water level is too low. Refill water see chapter "Cleaning & Mainte-
nance" section "Refilling water".
Filters (2)
The filters must be changed (see chapter "Cleaning & Maintenance"
section "Changing the filters").
Cleaning (1)
The water tray and the disk stack must be cleaned with Venta cleaner
(see chapter "Cleaning & Care" section "Cleaning").
Service (17)
Empty the water tray, rinse the disk stack and fill the tray with fresh tap
water and hygiene additive (Chapter "Cleaning & care" under section
"Changing the water"). Clean the water level sensor with a slightly
damp cloth.
