Thank you very much for choosing our pizza oven. Before using this product, read the instruc-
tions carefully for its correct use.
This appliance must be installed in accordance with current regulations and only used in a
well-ventilated area. Please refer to the instructions before installing and using this appliance.
To reduce the risk of fire, burn hazard, or other injury, read this safety
manual carefully and completely before using this appliance.
• Do not use this appliance in closed or habitable spaces such as houses,
tents, caravans, motorhomes or boats. There is a danger of death from
carbon monoxide poisoning.
• Distances around the oven to any combustible surfaces must be at least
one meter from the sides and rear, and 3 meters from the front and above
the oven.
• Place the oven on a sturdy, level surface. Keep clear and free of flamma-
ble or combustible materials, gasoline, and other flammable vapors and
liquids.
• Stay informed of any local laws or regulations that may specify a re-
quired distance between outdoor kitchens and any structure, or that may
limit outdoor flames of any type during dry or hazardous periods.
• Pay attention when using outdoor oven! Do not use it under strong wind
or hot air, strong wind may blow out the flame or cause a fire.
• To turn on the pizza oven: Add firewood or pellets gradually to reach op-
timal temperature. If you add too much wood or pellets, the fire will in-
crease, risking damage to you or your oven.
• This oven is a device that keeps the fire alive. Fire will naturally be direct-
ed toward any air source, so you will sometimes see fire coming out of
the oven: from the top of the hatch when the lid is opened, from the front
of the oven when you open the door, or from the back top of the chimney.
• Keep the fuel supply hose away from any hot surface.
• This device should only be used by adults. Do not leave children alone
with the product. Keep children and pets away from the oven at all times.
• Do not move the appliance when it is in operation.
• Never heat unopened food containers, as the buildup of pressure can
cause them to burst.
