8. Assembly / Before commissioning
m ATTENTION!
Always make sure the device is fully assembled
before commissioning!
Two people are required to install the device!
First loosen the four transport screws (F) and (a)
respectively (fig. 2-3). Keep the hexagon screws
(M10 x 55 mm), washers, spring washers and nuts (a)
with you, you will need them during the next steps.
Installing the transport wheel (fig. 4)
Fasten the wheels (B) onto the wheel axle (J) and se-
cure each of them with a spring split pin (L).
Installing the transport handles (fig. 5)
Insert the transport handles into the guide provided on
the back of the machine and lock each of them in place
with a bolt (M).
Additionally attach the bolts to the captive fastener (D)
so that the bolts will not be lost.
The transport handles can be retracted or extended
depending on the use, release the lock and slide the
transport handles either out or in.
Tilt the machine on its back (fig. 6), make sure that
the device with the additional transport rollers (9) lies
outside the pallet on the floor. Remove the previously
released transport lock (b) on the top and bottom side.
You can then remove the transport pallet and use the
transport lock as a support (fig. 7).
Installing the wheel axles onto the machine (fig. 8)
Fasten the wheel axles on the bottom side of the ma-
chine and fix each of them with a hexagon screw (M10
x 55 mm), two washers, a spring washer and a cap nut
(a), which you have previously loosened.
Fitting the foot (fig. 9)
Fasten the support feet on the top side of the machine
and fix each of them with a hexagon screw (M10 x 55
mm), two washers, a spring washer and a cap nut (a),
which you have previously loosened.
Set up the machine and remove the transport lock (b)
which you have used as a base.
Installing the bag ripper (fig. 11-12)
Open the protective grate (1).

Start-up
m ATTENTION!
Always make sure the device is fully assembled
before commissioning!
Only operate the compulsory mixer if no parts (e.g.
protective covers) are missing or faulty and if the
connection cable is not damaged.
Setting up:
• Set up the compulsory mixer horizontally on level,
firm ground.
• Do not set up the compulsory mixer on the connec-
tion cable!
• Lay the connection cable so that it cannot be kinked,
crushed or damaged in any other way.
• Prevent the machine from sinking into the ground.
(Tipping hazard)
• When setting up the machine, make sure that the
mixing drum can be emptied freely.
Switching on:
• Plug the device into the socket: Switch on to "I"
(green button) / Switch off to "0" (red button)
Filling
Before filling, set the transport handles (K) to the lowest
position and lock them so that you can work smoothly.
• The material to be mixed is poured directly into the
drum (3) and prepared with the prescribed amount
of liquid.
• Use the mixer only for the work defined in "Proper
use".
• Check the stability of the mixer.
• Only fill and empty the mixing drum when the engine
is running.
• Observe the nominal quantity!
• An electrical safety switch prevents the operation
when the protective grate is open. Test the function
of the safety switch before commissioning.
How to mix material:
1.
Close the protective grate.
2.
Switch on the mixer.
3.
Fill in water and additive substances (sand, ...).
4.
